Right now, all of my customer data is in Excel but I would like to import it to this CRM system.
I rent exhibits to other museums and record the museum's contact information as well as the exhibit or exhibits they are interested in. Sometimes, a museum will book an exhibit immediately, and then book another several years later so this is a very long-term relationship and I need to be able to manage several different products at once for the same customer. I also need to be able to generate a list based on the product of interest so that I can target certain customers when I have a spot that I am looking to fill - that's another detail - not only am I selling an exhibit, but I'm selling spots on the exhibit tour.
Can anyone recommend how I would need to set up my Excel sheet to import all of the data on exhibits/products of interest and time periods available?
