How to integarte ZOHO CRM with existing system (DataBase).

Hi,

We are a B2C business model organization in India. We are considering implementing the ZOHO CRM in our organization.

We have our data in MS SQL Server which is used by several applications.

I have referred to the information available on ZOHO�s official site (ZOHO.com) and have following queries regarding its implementation:-

1- Does ZOHO CRM support integrating it with other system i.e. database being used in some application?
2- If it supports the integration-
How does it do e.g. database level, through some APIs/web-service etc.
Can data/information be flown in both directions i.e. from ZOHO CRM to other system and from other system to ZOHO CRM ?
3-What technology set is used in integration?
