How to make it....

Hello Friends,

Hope you all are doing good!.

Basically i have one application created in Zoho Creator.

Now i have two fields in my form 1. Agent Name & 2. Sales Status and Both the fields are DropList Field.

1. Agent Name:
- Robert
- Mike
- Roger

2. Sales Status
- Yes
- NO
- N/A

Now i am trying to create a Chart in which these 2 fields i want on Y axis & X axis
Problem is that I am able to get Agent Name on Chart but not able to get Sales Status on chart and i want to create a chart where i can see the monthly graph of agent and his performance.

I think this could be done if any how we can make a automatic total of Sales status like total of yes, total of No, total of N/A.

Kindly reply soon as possible...

Because once i am done with this application settings i would like to keep in the Marketplace so that other people can use too....
