How to modify ticket created in CRM Leads due date to be +3 days from initial creation date based on priority

Good morning,

I have setup a Workflow Rule so when a new ticket is created a rule is triggered to move the ticket due date ahead by "x" days in Zoho Desk. I was able to get this working in the Zoho Desk module under the Workflow Rules.

For example:
Ticket Priority selection is...
Low (Add 3 days from ticket creation date)
Med (Add 5 days from ticket creation date)
High (Add 7 days from ticket creation date)
Custom (Allow user to enter due date manually)

I am trying to make the following happen like above when creating a new  Zoho Desk ticket from the CMR > Leads > Overview page within the CRM Module, but it is not making the date changes when the ticket is saved. Is there another location in CRM Module where this rule needs to be created?
