How to output combination of Current Date and Record ID?

How to output combination of Current Date and Record ID?

Hello, 

I am looking for a way to combine two values in a single line field with the name "Unique_ID": 
  1. And the record ID (Invoices module)
  2. The Current Date or the Modification Date incl. hours, minutes and seconds
So the result should look like: 
32154890126890_2023-04-11-20:24:00

Is this possible somehow?
