How to resolve the Error "Inactive User, Code is 4813" in zoho CRM?

How to resolve the Error "Inactive User, Code is 4813" in zoho CRM?

Hi, 
I am working on Zoho CRM and currently working on workflows/Deluge script to get some tasks done.

Here in a custom-function, I am getting error of " Inactive user, code is 4813", 
I am not getting the idea of this error. I think It is showing that the logged-in user is not active user. But it is active and other Workflows are working fine. 

Please help to solve this error.
