How to send an application to another user so that he could maintain it.

Hi I have a question. I have developed a simple application composed of 1 form and 1 list view. I want to send this application (as-is) to another Zoho user so that he becomes the owner of it (he can change it or even delete it) How do I do that? Thanks. Emmad
