Apologies if this question was asked before. Tried to search, but didn't find exactly what I'm looking for, and Deluge Code makes it even more confusion.

I run a Mandarin teaching School, and we have the following issue:

In Quotes, we have a picklist called Invoice Action to choose from whenever a Salesperson wants to pass the information to our accounting system. I would like to make sure that they will only be able to choose an option from there WHEN several fields a couple of other fields in DEALS (Class and Chinese Level) are not empty. If those are empty when the Salesperson plans to press the Invoice Action picklist, they will get an error.

As the Validation Rules work just based on criteria of one field, I imagine I need deluge code for this, but as I'm not a very techy person, you can imagine this is completely alien to me.

Any help would be appreciated!
