How to share the application?

i am having problem in sharing the application.when i start sharing the file in Zoho Creator, it says that i dont have access and must sign in to another user. how to share the application in this manner?

moreover, we have subscribed to Professional Edition, and part of it, we are allowed to have 10 users, how can we share the application to 10 users if we are having problem with it as i mention earlier. pls help me on this matter.
