Dear Zoho support team,
Our CRM team is trying to find a way to save the leads' status change in the leads module. The concept is basic: once our sales people get to contact a lead they want to mark that lead as a "qualified prospect" for instance. Or, on the contrary, if that lead is not interested anymore, we're marking it as "closed prospect".
Here is our need: we want to
save the exact time/date and the nature of the status change and be able to show that status on the main leads table.
Because we need that information in the reports for our stats. Do you have a solution for us?
