Use Zoho Books to bill for work done in Zoho Desk??

I'm trying to see if something is possible (and if yes, how).

We use Zoho One to manage our business.  We have a lot of clients that will put in a ticket (via portal) to have work done.   Out techs will pick up the ticket, do the work, and then log the time in the ticket in Zoho Desk.

I know we can create invoices in Zoho desk, but that's one at a time.  Many of our clients put in multiple tickets per month (our billing period/cycle).  We are not going to send them an individual invoice each time they put in a ticket.  That's ridiculous and too much work for our accountants/receivables folks and well as a nuisance for our clients. 

Here's my question...Can we use Zoho Books to invoice each customer once a month for ALL the work that they have put in via tickets?  

We have the Zoho Books/Zoho Desk Integration installed but we can't find a day to bill for the time on the tickets.

You CAN do this between Zoho Books and Zoho Project.  Any time associated with a project in Zoho Projects can be "bulk" billed via Books.

Does anyone know how to do this between Zoho Books and Zoho Desk?

I've gone multiple rounds with Zoho support on this and they keep telling me to bill the tickets in Zoho Desk and just CANNOT get that we want the accounts receivables folks (who don't have access to Zoho Desk) to do the billing IN Zoho Books on a monthly basis for ALL the tickets a customer has put in.  NOT one at a time.
