How update application DS?

How update application DS?

Hello- need immediate help! I have already sent out my permalink, so cannot change it. I need to make an update to my application, but cannot figure out how to access the Application DS. Specifically, I want to add a new form as a tab on top (Page function)...but, cannot seem to do that on an existing app, only a new one. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
