I put HTML into a crm email template and it makes it through to gmail perfectly.  Put that same HTML into Zoho Subscriptions and it severly pukes.  

Why the h#77! can't this "common" capability be shared between the solutions????  Why is there no HTML reference for zoho email templates.  

Can anyone point me to a credible reference document/guide?
