I can not access Android app

Until a couple of weeks ago, my users entered the Zoho Cliq Android app without any problems,  this week they could not enter the android app, but they could still enter the windows and web apps. My user can access, other users of my org have the problem. The accounts were tested on the same Android device ver. 7.0.
