I hate this Forum!
Sorry for the melo-dramatic title but I am sick and tired of the problems I have in accessing and posting to this forum. If I had a penny for every time the forum timed-out when using it I would be a very comfortable member of the middle class!! For online applications you rely heavily on forums for help and advise and so when it is not there, it is completely restrictive to making the most of the application. I have highlighted this problem with support on a couple of times and while they have acknowledged the problem, I have not seen any improvements in the last 6 months.
If there is still a problem then can we get an update please. I have contacted you directly many times about this (once i went to the trouble of compiling a desktop recording showing my problems - God I must be mad!) and i have not had one satisfactory response if I have had one at all. I'm tired. Wish me luck on my attempt to post this message! It will only take me 15 minutes!
