I need help ASAP lol

I am creating forms on Zoho there will probably be about 30 throughout the year. Each form is a checklist that will be used in observing teachers. In order to collect data on if the teacher is progressing I wanted to have a filtering system where I can pull down for teacher names and have one teachers observation forms pop up. Or have a search inside my dashboard that would allow me to type in the teachers name and have their information come up in a spread sheet. Is this possible and can some one tell me in easier language then I was told through email help!
