I want to update a file upload field in a custom module under CRM from Zoho Creator application deluge script, How can I do that?

I have a custom Module named "Module A", for whcih I am pushing data from a creator application. I want to update a file Upload field under the CRM custom module from Creator aplication's Custom functions/deluge script. I am able to create/update all other data fields, but not the file upload field. How can I acheive this?
