Two years ago I contact with a Zoho partner in spain to customize Zoho CRM to my company.
They perform some development, such a botton to convert leads, with some code.
Since then I have professional subscription , and I pay it every month but I do not use the CRM yet, becouse customization is not finished.
I do not know when we start using the CRM, maybe in months.
But in the meantime, to save some money, If I downgrade to free version, do i loose my development / personalization ?
