image box

a user uploads an image file from his local PC, example his photo

i like the second form, in view mode, to show an image box that is showing the image file the user uploaded

is there an additional image box that can be pasted on the form on view mode, can be resized and relocated in any part of the form, will show the image which is referenced by the uploaded image file name or hotlinked to an image file from another server...
