I need an app "Image votin contest" - user can vote for best image + upload new images

- user can vote for image (1-5 starts)

- Sort View by Most Votes, upload date etc

- Upload new images to participate in a contest

 

"Zoho Share" looks like it has a look and feel of what I need

Is there a source code of "Zoho Share" I can use?
