IMAP not syncing

IMAP not syncing

Since yesterday (at least that's when I first noticed it) my IMAP clients on my MacBook and iPhone aren't syncing properly with Zoho. 

Looking on webmail I see messages from today that are just not appearing in my mail client on my devices. 

It just seems completely intermittent as to when the messages will be picked up.

However both my MacBook and iPhone show the same view of delivered messages with the same read/unread status. 

It seems the IMAP server at Soho's end is not telling the clients there is new mail to collect.
