Implement Meeting Polls in Zoho Bookings

Dear Zoho Bookings Support Team,

We'd like to propose a feature enhancement related to appointment scheduling within Zoho Bookings.

Current Functionality:

Zoho Bookings excels at streamlining individual appointment scheduling. Users can set availability and clients can book directly within those slots.

Feature Request:

We propose the addition of a "Meeting Poll" feature to Zoho Bookings. This would allow users to:

Create a Meeting Poll: Similar to Doodle, users could create polls with a title, duration options (e.g., 15 min, 30 min), and a list of invitees.

Invite Participants: Invitees can be existing clients or external contacts. Include options for both email invitations and a shareable poll link.

Vote on Availability: Invitees can easily indicate their availability for the proposed times within the poll.

Identify Best Time: Zoho Bookings would then analyze the poll results and highlight the time with the most availability for all participants.

Benefits:

Improved Scheduling Efficiency: Finding a meeting time for multiple people becomes quicker and less cumbersome.

Enhanced User Experience: Provides a seamless scheduling experience within the Zoho Bookings platform.

Increased Client Satisfaction: Offers clients more flexibility in scheduling appointments.

Target Users:

Businesses that frequently schedule meetings with multiple attendees (e.g., sales teams, project groups).
Professionals who collaborate with external partners or clients.

Additional Considerations:

Allow setting deadlines for completing the poll.
Integrate poll results with calendar availability for seamless scheduling.
Provide clear data visualization within the poll for participants to see overall availability.

By implementing this feature, Zoho Bookings can offer a more comprehensive scheduling solution that caters to group meetings and enhances user experience.
