I am currently in a conundrum with zoho. I am recently discovered that i can import all our leads into Zoho. But the problem lies in importing task and call backs for the people that we set up. I would love to know if there is a way that when i import a lead into the system, if there is a way to set a task for it at the same time. We imports hundreds at a time and are wondering if there is a MASS or FASTER way to set call backs for all of them. Please let me know if you have any information.
