Import Data, only a one time action??

Import Data, only a one time action??

first, i love your applications. some day, i hope to be able to actually purchase them :). at this point, some far, we havent fully implemented them to the point of needing to update...anyways, i was able to import data from excel into my zoho creator appliance (private label product database)....there were some uncomplete fields (bc i didnt have the data ready to be implemented)...now that i have the data ready, i cannot locate the import data option anymore in the MORE ACTION dropdown...is that a one time application?? or can i add more data by importing, if so how do i do it?? talk to you soon :)
