Import data from MS Access

Hello
I am new to ZOHO and trying to get more and more familiar with its great features through ZOHO Forums. I have an offline software (VB6 and MS Access) to record all the data of visitors of my events. Now I want to shift all this to ZOHO creator but I need need some specific functionality described below.
1. My current software generates a visitor ID which I tell to visitor and mark attendance of that visitors using that ID in next event. It saves my time and shows me the no. of events attended by a particular visitor.

2. Sometimes during events internet facility is not available and I need to use my MS Access based software and I need to import new addresses from access tables. How it will be possible to add some new records to existing application in ZOHO Creator.

3. How can I import data from MS Access.

4. How can I go to other form from first form (like command buttons in VB6)
