Import data in to form error

Import data in to form error

I've tried to import data pasting from my excel spreadsheet, CSV file, but it just doesn't work... it keeps saying:
" Error Occured. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please try after some time or refresh the page and try again."

Can someone help?


I've searched, but all I find are support comments that say the problem was solved by phone.
