I'm a former user of one of the competition (Dabbledb) and congratulations to zoho as this is much more robust platform.  I think once we solve many of the bugs (I have a number of issues into tech support) i'll be a very happy guy...

One very basic thing I miss that was so easy before was importing records in order to update a field with a match.  So if I have a db with three fields ID,name, address i'd like to "import 50 names and update "address" if "ID" is a match.

Can someone advise how to do this?

This might make a nice feature  to add for the upload. It would be a simple "update with match" checkbox and a dropdown box with the field to match in the import area.
