When I use the Import Data tool to feed a Data Base I got some problems when it contains spanish characters like the ñ or á é í ó ú (for accent mark), there are replaced with  � ,  so when I upload the file there is a lot of errors because of course the Lookup fields will not match, Its possible to fix that?
