Import/Export

I export a Creator database, both as CSV and Excel format. I import them to a copy of my application in either format and the data is incorrect. Dates are missing and fields that were edited (updated) have the old data in them. Also, in the view before I export them the decimal fields all have 2 decimals, but the export file shows some with many more decimals. Where is it getting the old data from? Aren't records getting updated in real time? I keep trying to like Creator, but it continues to appear so full of bugs that I don't trust it. It looks like it would be just easier to write the app from scratch in PHP.

PPC Log v2.0 was exported. I made a copy of the this and renamed it to PPC Log v2.1 and imported the same data that was exported with no changes. Notice records are missing because of the decimal point problem. All the Flights that were edited are back to the default value of 1, and the dates are missing.
