Import values associated with lookup to second form

Hi

My aim is to make two forms, the second of which people will enter additional info to complete each record. data from Form 2 is matched from Form 1 using a Lookup field and displayed in a Combined View.

Is it possible to bring in to Form 2 a second field from Form 1 whose value is from the record the user has chosen in the Lookup field? This value will not be displayed, but used in a formula.
