Importing/Exporting data on a custom built Zoho Creator App

HI - new here so feel free to point me in the right forum/direction.

I have two issues with the following setup:
  1. Main Form with a few fields
  2. Subform within the Main form with 5 fields
The problems:
  1. Whenever I export data, I see all the main form fields, but only the first field of the subform
  2. Whenever I import data, it puts all the entries of the subform first field into one row. In other words, say I export the data that has 5 rows (line items in the subform), and then if I take the same file and import it, it puts all of those 5 rows into 1 row and in the first field.
Any suggestions?
