Our subscription is paid by a credit card that pays for lots of things and occasionally will become overdrawn, commonly whilst waiting for deposited funds to clear, resulting in an unsuccessful payment. This is more prevalent when we are short-staffed and everyone is time poor.
Currently if our subscription payment is unsuccessful in Zoho One and we wish to resubmit the payment, when we know that there are cleared funds accessible in the payment account, it is necessary to change the credit card. In fact what we actually do is just input the same details of the existing credit card, wasting time.
My guess is that a large portion of unsuccessful payments fall into this category ie The credit card just needed to have some cleared funds accessible. With this in mind, the inclusion of a button for resubmitting the payment against the existing credit card would be a significantly easier solution than having to re-enter the same details. Especially when you are short-staffed, multiple phones ringing and deadlines expiring.
The current situation adds to stress levels whilst a simple "Re-submit Button" would reduce stress levels.
