We’d like to formally submit a feature request regarding session recordings in Zoho Assist.
🎯 Current Limitation
When conducting a Zoho Assist session that includes voice and/or video chatting, the recording currently captures only the video. Audio is not included in the saved recording, even when a Remote Audio call is used.
💡 Feature Request
Please add support for recording the audio from Zoho Assist sessions, in addition to the video. This would allow us to fully review sessions for training, documentation, and quality assurance purposes.
We understand from support that this capability is already in the pipeline, but there is no ETA yet. We kindly ask that you prioritize this feature and keep us updated on its progress.
