Is it possible to assign a number value to a check box. Please refer to the form, I want to give morning and mid day and so on services a number value so I can create a formula for adding up what services a client wants and then giving them an estimated price. please inform me as to if this is possible and how.

PS.
I still can't add a radio box with options to reference a previous e-mail. Someone e-mailed me and tested it on the "Add New Client" form but not the "Add Client Service" form. I can't add a radio button at all, or a check box for that matter.
