Internet Explorer 7 open URL script commands failing

As at this morning Australia time, all of the open URL in window functions using Ineternet Explorer no longer work. Why is this? My customers can no longer get all of the features from our site. I am loosing business. Should I put this on the forum and let everybody know not to spend $ 10,000 developing a Zoho program because it may work just fine to begin with and you will wake up one day and for no reason it will not work anymore. It still works perfectly in Firefox but because around 60% iof people use Internet Explorer this is not good enough. The programmer has already informed you of this issue but there has been no feedback even after 12 hours.
