Invalid Entry when insering records with dropdown

Invalid Entry when insering records with dropdown

We are having trouble editing existing records in our database. We have a number of fields where you select from a drop down list. When one or more of these fields is updated (Issue Status, Subolder 2e), the system throws an error. We have been trying to troubleshoot, but to no avail. Please help ASAP as we are in the midst of production
