Iphone will not display creator form properly

Iphone will not display creator form properly

My Zoho creator application will not display on my iphone or ipad properly.  The form looks as the image attached.  It seems to do it to all of my forms with two columns. Is this not supported on iphones, etc?  Works fine on my blackberry and computer.

I have also tried accessing it using using mobile.zoho.com/.. in this case there is no columns and the field name is above the field and right justified.  Very confusing. 

What is going on? How can i fix this?
