Is a direct Link between views possible.

Is a direct Link between views possible.

I have an events calendar function where 2 of the fields use a lookup reference to a location database and an organiser database.

In the events view the viewers can see the field data saying which organiser is involved, is it possible to make this field link directly to the organsier database from this view for further data, or am i another user waiting for version 3.0
