is it possible to change a decision box (boolean) value displayed in a report?

is it possible to change a decision box (boolean) value displayed in a report?

Right now, all decision box values displayed in reports appear as either "true" or "false". I'd like to map those to something other than that (just as a display feature; not functionally in the data). You know, display "Yes" or "No", or "Y" or "N", etc., instead of true and false.

Possible? If so, how?
