Is it possible to integrate Zoho Desk with Slack?

I'd like to integrate Zoho Desk with Slack and have the option to set various parameters on the notifications that are sent. For example, I'd like to receive notifications when tickets are assigned to a certain user, but also add a parameter that only sends notifications when a certain field is filled out.
