Is it possible to make an Survey App?
Hello, it is possible to generate a form from a (statless) form. I would like to build an survey applikation with the following features: The client can bulid his own form (in the application as a form) with prepared categories, subcategories, questions in it. Each of the 3 is an own form with the prepared data (Names). So the client only have to check the categories then the subcat and the questions he would like to display in the enduserform. With th button he saves this as a new form for his workers to fill in.
