Is it possible to show a related field on mouseover hover on a Zoho Creator Chart?

Is it possible to show a related field on mouseover hover on a Zoho Creator Chart?

I have a bar graph of "daily distances covered" (my running log).  

I would like to show a related "daily notes" field (which is a text field associated with the distance field, like how I felt, or what the weather was like) when I hover over the bar in a Chart View within Zoho Creator.

Is it possible to set up an action on mouseover of data displayed on a chart?
