Today, the default behavior is for the customer to configure their password, and log in, in the browser first. And then (maybe) the customer will download the customer portal application and try to log in, in the app. The problem with this setup is that the customer will not always download the customer portal application. Also, I find it quite complicated for the customer to set up their password in the browser log in in the browser then go search for the customer portal application in the app store to download it and then paste the portal url in the app, and login with their e- mail and password... I would prefer to redirect the customer to the application directly when clicking on the link to configure his password or invite him to download the application then configure his password inside the application. Is this something we can do in the app? if yes how ? if not, is it something you are working on for a future update?
