The records in my database (https://creator.zoho.com/lauriemetz/apr-database) contain around 50 fields that I need to print out in a pre-specified format.  I can recreate this format in a word document or spreadsheet, but don't know how to populate those fields with a selected record from the database.  Even if I could just print out the form that I created to enter the data, that would work, but whenever I access the application and select a record to view, it shows up in a single column format.  I hope that makes sense.  I'm new to all this and I don't know html so I am kind of lost on how to resolve this.  Any help is appreciated.
