is UTF-8 character format supported for importing and exporting data?

Hi,

I would like to import and export UTF-8 character with csv file on Zoho Creator.
But UTF-8 character cannot be imported into Zoho Creator and UTF-8 characters is exported in garbaged characters in csv file.
