Issues with upload fields

Hi all,

We have 2 issues with upload fields:

- Upload seems to work, but downloading the file (by clicking on the link) does not work. We have tried with pdf and word files, to no avail. What could be causing this?

- We cannot remove an uploaded file, only change it for another. How do we remove uploaded files?
