Issues with views

I tried to enter a different address in the "From" bar, but it won't allow changes.

My issue is with trying to view all the sites entered into my database once I have saved the changes I made using the "Show/Hide" feature. I did a "Search" to specify a specific time period that I wanted to look at, but now I want to look at all entries over the entire time period. Please tell me how I can "View All"
