job posts filter to each co. when applicant clicks apply now

Hello,

I am in need of some help with the last bit of my job application system.
I have two forms. New Position and Position Application.
There are 7 companies that use the job application system.
One user does HR for all 7 companies and she posts all jobs, sorts all resumes/CVs, etc.
It all filters to the right forms on the right webpages - easy enough on that end of things.


When a user goes to a company's website and looks at the available positions, they see only the jobs available for that company.
They then view the Record Summary with the job details.

Here's where I start to lose the plot ...

--> At this point I'd like them to be able to click 'Apply Now' (in a notes or formula field I suspect).
-I have read through the forums for the last couple days but I either don't understand creating this link to the other form or it isn't structured in a way that is useful to me. How do I do this?


-->Clicking 'Apply Now' takes them to the Position Application form and apply for the position they just viewed.-with that specific job listed in the dropdown field labelled 'Open Position' so they know they are applying for the correct position. Preferrably this would be the only item in that dropdown field.



I don't know how to make this work.

May I have some assistance please?
