jquery and online form conflict

Hi there,

I'm using jquery-1.3.2.js for my gallery on my portfolio page. I insert an online form as well. It works fine in terms of sending emails, but when I try to type anything into any input type fields in my forms it doesn't display space between words. When I disable jquery script it works just fine so I presume the problem is with jquery.
I spent ages trying to find the solution online, but no luck.

I would appreciate any advice.
