JSON Feeds returning error "// Error occured while fetching

Some of my JSON feeds work just fine, while others (sadly, the ones I need to most for my Web site) repeatedly return "// Error occured while fetching data. Your data is safe." Is there something in my application that might be causing errors, or is this a problem on Zoho's end?

I've reported this in the past, and was told that this was (at the time) due to a problem with the multi-select field I am using. Is this still causing problems with the JSON feeds? Should I consider switching to checkboxes for my application instead, or should I expect a fix to be coming soon?
